Warmup Golf
A pocket coach that builds a golfer’s pre-round warm-up around the course, the weather, and the time they actually have.
Warmup Golf generates personalised, timed warm-up routines for golfers before a competition round. It reads the course, the live weather, the player’s profile, and the minutes available, then builds a session to fit.
The interesting part is the selection engine: every exercise and drill carries a value score and competes for its place, so a ten-minute warm-up is a curated ten minutes rather than a compressed hour.
This one is mine end to end. I designed it, built it, and ship it: founder, product owner, and the entire engineering department.
It exists partly because I advise organisations on AI-augmented building, and the advice lands better when you’ve recently done the thing yourself. The whole product was built solo, AI-augmented, from brief to store build.
It also keeps my numbers current on what a small product actually costs to make now, which sharpens what I tell founders about build versus buy.
