What I believe
AI is fundamentally changing every facet of business — from how teams operate and produce work, to how organisations make decisions and create value. Most of the conversation is still about tools. I think it should be about operating models, capability, and what your business looks like when the cost of content approaches zero.
Strategy should drive tools, not the other way round.
Most AI conversations start with "which platform?" — I start with "what does your operating model need to become?"
AI should augment capability, not replace thinking.
Over-reliance on AI makes teams weaker. I help organisations know when to automate, when to augment, and when to protect the human contribution.
